Oil falls 1.2 percent to 19-month low 
Oil prices fell over 1 percent to a 19-month low on Thursday after news of Saudi compliance with OPEC cuts failed to staunch a wave of new year selling that gathered fresh momentum after a big build in U.S. fuel stocks.
