NYMEX Closes Montreal Exchange Deal
NYMEX Holdings Inc., the parent company of the New York Mercantile Exchange, said Friday it completed the purchase of a 10 percent stake in Montreal Exchange Inc., Canada’s financial derivatives exchange.
