London’s new emerging stock market to adopt Japan accounting rules 
_ The Alternative Investment Market, a stock market for start-up companies operated by the London Stock Exchange plc., has decided to adopt Japanese accounting standards as one of its listing criteria in the hope of attracting more Japanese and Asian companies, sources familiar with the matter said Saturday.
