Asian Stocks Drop to 3-Week Low on Oil Concerns; India Tumbles 
July 17 (Bloomberg) — Asian stocks fell to a three-week low after escalating violence in the Middle East added to concern fuel costs will slow consumer spending and corporate profit growth. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. led exporters lower.
